You pay per file: $0.06 per minute of audio, with a $1.99 minimum and no cap. All prices are in Australian dollars. A short article is $1.99; longer works cost more, no matter how long — no length limit, no maximum price.

Yes, and please do. Every voice has a sample, and once you've dropped your file in you can hear a short preview of your own text in the voice you pick. You only pay once you've listened and ticked that you're happy.

24 hours, then the file is deleted for good. The MP3 you download is yours to keep forever — the time limit is only on our copy.

No. Drop a file in, pay, download. If you give us an email address it's only used to send you your audio link.

It costs $10 AUD, once. You pay by card through Stripe, and your licence key appears on the thanks page and in your inbox. One key covers up to 3 of your computers.

Only for the few seconds it takes to activate your key. After that it runs completely offline, forever. Nothing is logged, stored or sent anywhere.

Reinstalling on the same machine never uses up a slot. If you've run out of slots because you've changed machines, email us and we'll reset your key.

Never. Everything Etti makes is either pay-per-use (like Voice) or buy-once-keep-forever (like Awake). There is nothing to cancel because nothing renews.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply — if something we sell is faulty or not as described, you're entitled to a remedy and we'll sort it out. For Voice, the free preview is there so you know exactly what you're buying before you pay, so please listen first; a changed mind after a correct conversion isn't usually grounds for a refund, but if the audio is genuinely broken, tell us and we'll fix it or refund it.

Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers and we never see it.

It's processed on Etti's own server and deleted the moment your audio is ready. We don't read it, keep it, sell it or train anything on it.

We don't run analytics or advertising trackers, and we don't build profiles of anyone. We keep only what the law and the tools require — your receipt via Stripe, and your email if you gave us one to send your audio to.
